Project Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee production teams and job assignments while adhering to PuroClean production standards.

• Assess, estimate, and secure restoration projects efficiently.

• Evaluate water, fire, mold, and biohazard projects to identify damage and necessary mitigation actions.

• Craft precise, detailed proposals and secure client commitment through signed agreements.

• Ensure that proposals meet the needs and concerns of customers.

• Collaborate with the project manager and administration to ensure accurate and timely completion of work.

• Manage customer satisfaction while representing the PuroClean brand effectively.

• Supervise production processes and address customer requirements.

• Identify areas for improvement and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Oversee production schedules, pricing details, and estimates; coordinate with the GM/Owner.

• Maintain orderly job sites and adhere to uniform and policy regulations.

• Effectively communicate customer concerns to the GM/Owner.

• Ensure cleanliness of products and equipment.

• Communicate clearly with office personnel, supervisors, and technicians.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation and cleanup.

• Knowledge of project estimating and scoping.

• Familiarity with safety guidelines and the ability to assess and manage risk.

• Attention to detail with strong communication and documentation abilities.

• Effectively coordinate with the project manager, production team, and administrative staff.

• Strong team-building skills and the ability to foster lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Current IICRC certifications or relevant experience with estimating software may enhance the application.

• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of diverse ages, backgrounds, and experiences.

• Capability to work in a role with weekly/monthly sales targets.
