Project Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify bidding opportunities within a designated region

• Assess and finalize materials take-offs

• Prepare and submit bids

• Collaborate with field sales personnel

• Oversee projects from initiation to completion

• Validate products

• Offer product specifications and regularly review technical specification needs

• Provide technical sales assistance to contractors, engineers, and field sales teams

• Maintain and refresh the project tracking database

• Monitor projects, customer quoted prices, and competitive data to aid in current and future project development

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory

• Familiarity with the construction sector

• Strong technical and analytical abilities

• Exceptional communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Detail-oriented with a competitive spirit
