This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.
• Drive business revenue within the EPC market sector in North America by selling process and water equipment to established EPC accounts.
• Comprehend customer requirements and work in tandem with the US application engineering team to devise suitable solutions during the FEL-1 to FEL-2 budgeting phase.
• Cultivate projects with EPC clients in the designated region.
• Advocate for Aquatech products and services throughout the assigned area.
• Organize presentations that showcase new technologies and concepts embraced by Aquatech.
• Inform customers about the latest technologies and systems introduced by the company.
• Nurture relationships with key and primary accounts within the assigned region.
• Offer pre-bid support and budget estimates to major clients.
• Supply information to ensure the sales and marketing database remains current.
• Discover new business opportunities and market segments.
• Identify and approach stakeholders, suppliers, competitors, and the overall business environment for potential opportunities.
• Assist in developing viable solutions alongside the engineering team.
• Formulate and communicate solutions to the marketplace.
• Oversee regional sales channels including agents and representatives.
• Broaden the business territory and cultivate strategic partnerships with sub-vendors, collaborators, contractors, and Aquatech representatives.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in direct sales and/or business development within the EPC industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business, or Engineering.
• Willingness to travel approximately 35-50% of the time.
• Possession of an active passport.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Capability to learn technology to engage fluently in discussions with customers.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets and effectively manage and expand the business territory.
• Strong team player with a keen desire to learn.
• Demonstrated consistent revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels in major accounts.
• Proficient in interacting with customers socially for business purposes.
• Ability to work independently and plan effectively.
• Proven track record of exceptional performance metrics.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Capacity to manage the demands of travel by air or road and navigate driving to client locations for business.
