Project Cost Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Structuring project finances and allocating budgets for labor, materials, procurement of works, and other expenses.

• Planning and updating workloads, procurement activities, and miscellaneous expenses.

• Assisting in the preparation and oversight of project purchase requisitions and receipts.

• Analyzing actual spending and physical progress while assessing remaining tasks.

• Ensuring alignment in reforecasts created by work-package managers and integrating these into the Information System.

• Evaluating variances against the budget and tracking necessary corrective measures.

• Preparing and overseeing the reporting of financial information.

• Consolidating financial data in line with the project schedule, risks, and opportunities.

• Monitoring invoicing from customers and suppliers.

• Collaborating with the Project Manager to prepare and present project financial reports to the Product Line Manager.

• Updating and analyzing workload reports by discipline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Project Cost Control is a must.

• A Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Management Control or a related discipline.

• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably within an industrial setting.

• A confident and inquisitive personality.
