Project Coordinator, Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for new clients throughout the onboarding process.

• Collect and verify information, content, and resources necessary to initiate the development of client websites.

• Construct the UX and front-end framework of dealer websites, encompassing page layout, navigation, and site configuration.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite website builds and project-related tasks.

• Set up and implement third-party integrations, including CRM systems, chat functionalities, and trade-in tools.

• Establish vehicle pricing and inventory data feeds.

• Apply brand page templates and specifications unique to OEMs.

• Monitor project implementations against timelines and identify potential risks or delays.

• Provide updates on progress, next steps, and outstanding items to clients and internal teams.

• Facilitate the transition to the Design team for UI refinement, quality assurance, and launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination/management, implementation, or onboarding, ideally within a SaaS or automotive context.

• Strong aesthetic sense for web design and user experience.

• Proficient in navigating website CMS platforms.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a keen focus on accuracy when gathering and applying client specifications.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple deadlines across numerous concurrent projects.

• A positive demeanor and eagerness to learn.

• Must reside in the United States.
