Project Coordinator – Contract, Overnights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Gain insights from the customer service team to connect and engage with clients via email, phone, and other request channels.

• Address client needs to ensure the secure electronic transmission of sensitive documents to the SEC.

• Acquire familiarity with SEC guidelines and EDGAR rule specifications to facilitate successful client disclosures.

• Utilize Microsoft 365 and internal software applications on a daily basis.

• Convert documents from Word, Excel, and PDF formats into HTML using proprietary software.

• Work collaboratively with various departments to manage EDGAR projects through their final stages prior to SEC transmission.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years in client/customer service is required.

• At least 6 months of experience in financial printing is preferred.

• Proficiency in HTML editing is essential.

• Knowledge of HTML Codes or XBRL is an advantage.

• Exceptional attention to detail is necessary.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Comfortable engaging with upper management, Board members, Partners, and Attorneys.

• Skills in process management are important.

• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines is crucial.

• Competent computer skills are required.

• Strong organizational skills are necessary.

• Must be available to work from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
