Project Coordinator, Clinical Supply

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee essential Clinical Supply Chain documentation, tasks, and basic packaging operations within a GMP setting.

• Organize, plan, coordinate, and implement activities that support Clinical Supply Project Managers (CSPMs).

• Guarantee the prompt availability of investigational drug supplies and associated services for clinical sites and depots.

• Convert stability and packaging requests into finalized packaging designs.

• Identify, develop, communicate, and monitor task completion dates, activities, logistics, and milestones.

• Generate protocol-specific manufacturing and packaging work orders in collaboration with the CSPM.

• Fulfill tasks for the Center of Excellence team as requested by the CSPM.

• Collaborate with Clinical Drug Supply Chain teams and counterparts in Germany to facilitate clinical drug transfers from Lake County.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required, ideally in physical science, mathematics, engineering, or pharmacy.

• 0–2+ years of overall experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

• Familiarity or experience with clinical supply chain documentation, tasks, and packaging operations in a GMP environment.

• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing activities related to the clinical supply chain.

• Capability to create protocol-specific manufacturing and packaging work orders.

• Skill in identifying, developing, communicating, and monitoring task completion dates, activities, logistics, and milestones.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Clinical Drug Supply Chain, R43E, Analytical, Quality teams, and German counterparts.
