Project Manager – Complaints & Appeals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a strong team through effective training, coaching, and staff development.

• Assess the effectiveness of projects overseen by the Appeals team through comprehensive data validation.

• Organize and lead meetings within the Appeals team.

• Create and uphold consistent appeals processes in collaboration with the business to ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.

• Evaluate developmental needs and work together to identify and implement action plans that foster high-performing teams and individuals.

• Oversee projects, identify trends, and propose or implement solutions.

• Provide reporting capabilities related to audit requests and universe submissions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Appeals.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with Appeals job aids and workflows.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

• Strong time management abilities.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

• Capability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• High school diploma or equivalent education.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
