📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate activities assigned to global project team members across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety.

• Ensure adherence to project budget and scope to achieve profitability.

• Guarantee that project tasks are executed in accordance with project plans and Premier Research's processes, policies, and procedures.

• Act as the main point of contact between Premier Research and clients for the assigned projects.

• Lead project team meetings and teleconferences.

• Support business development initiatives, including proposal creation and presentations.

• Build and maintain client relationships to foster new and additional business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a clinical, biological, or science-related discipline, or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience within the CRO/Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Specialty Pharma sector.

• Experience with budget, finance, and costing at the project level.

• Proven track record in managing complex trials, multiple phases, and the full project lifecycle.

• Global experience is essential.

• Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic areas and protocols in Oncology indications.
