This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess expense coding to guarantee precision and adherence to project budgets.
• Review travel and transportation arrangements for compliance with Tenna’s Travel & Expense Policy.
• Examine and analyze timesheet coding and labor-cost distribution.
• Create and sustain installation project timelines.
• Coordinate the availability of hardware and tools for Mechanics executing onsite tasks.
• Oversee work orders, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Follow up with clients, respond to inquiries, and coordinate site locations along with ATTM processes.
• Revise installation plans and document project needs and milestones.
• Enhance installation schedules based on client locations and timelines.
• Audit asset-to-tracker matches and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure trackers are installed on schedule and in accordance with Tenna’s procedures and quality standards.
• Engage in customer implementation planning meetings.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and refine processes.
• Undertake special projects as needed.
• Provide assistance to the field team with change orders and workflows.
• Support the training of newly hired team members.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination, dispatching, planning, or a logistics-related role.
• Experience in construction technology or the industry is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and manage multiple projects at once.
• Proficient in project management software and tools for scheduling and documentation.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project is essential.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing project demands and priorities.
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience is required.
• Capability to work in construction site conditions, including exposure to varying temperatures and outdoor elements as needed.
• Self-driven and adaptable, with a strong service orientation and a proactive “do what it takes” attitude.
