This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Coordinate and manage project opportunities by reviewing and processing incoming documents and information.
• Enter and maintain project data within ERP, CRM, and other internal systems.
• Prepare and present detailed, competitive customer quotes that align with project scope and budget.
• Keep communication open with internal operations, sales teams, customers, and external contractors.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contractors to enhance processes and tackle challenges.
• Track project progress and provide timely updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Utilize technology and software systems to enhance project coordination efficiency.
• Support projects within the Commercial Services/GRIDS Division.
• Report directly to the Commercial Manager - GRIDs.
• Travel occasionally as required by project needs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in technology with a strong aptitude for navigating software systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Capable of monitoring project progress and providing timely, accurate updates to stakeholders.
• Experience in project coordination, distribution, estimating, material takeoffs, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in construction supply, building materials, or landscaping is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP and CRM software is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Experience in developing and managing project budgets is preferred.
• A project management certification such as PMP or CAPM is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred/required in the preferred education section; a combination of experience and education will be considered.
