Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist two Project Managers with tasks related to project onboarding, management of purchase orders, and setup of projects.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Generate weekly financial reports.

• Gather documentation and update final close-out reports.

• Aid in the management of Avetta safety compliance.

• Monitor documentation requirements and upload technical drawings and reports.

• Review field deliverables and follow up to confirm completeness.

• Engage with project teams and clients through both written and verbal communication.

• Collaborate with individuals and project teams in-person and remotely using technology and project management tools.

• Participate in assigned internal and external project meetings.

• Organize folders and ensure the thoroughness of site onboarding tasks in trackers and with the accounting team.

• Facilitate client meetings with assistance from NV5 Project Managers.

• Dispatch Electrical Field Engineer assignments for scheduled work.

• Share information with team members and monitor the status of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field is preferred.

• Experience in Project Coordination within the engineering sector is preferred.

• Capability to track and complete project tasks under tight deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in using project management tools and technology for effective communication and coordination.

• Ability to manage documentation requirements, trackers, and deliverables efficiently.

• Experience in supporting Avetta safety compliance management.
