Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams.

• Monitor and track project deliverables and milestones.

• Manage project documentation and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with established PMO procedures.

• Create and update project plans, schedules, and relevant documentation.

• Organize internal and external meetings, monitor progress, and follow up on action items.

• Maintain project trackers, reports, and dashboards for real-time visibility into project status.

• Oversee project risks, milestones, and deliverables.

• Work collaboratively with multiple departments to synchronize timelines and resource availability.

• Assist in budget monitoring, procurement coordination, and timesheet management.

• Ensure that project activities align with company PMO standards and processes.

• Facilitate timely and scope-compliant project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA).

• Minimum of 2 years in a project coordination or project support capacity.

• Familiarity with IT, public sector, or infrastructure project environments.
