Project Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead essential accounting and finance initiatives for clients ranging from mid-market to large enterprises across various sectors.

• Act as Interim Controller, managing all financial operations.

• Oversee accounting tasks, transactions, and month-end closing processes.

• Prepare and evaluate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

• Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Direct special projects, including system transitions, audit preparations, and financial integrations related to mergers and acquisitions.

• May supervise staff based on client requirements.

• Operate independently while working in collaboration with client teams.

• Travel as necessary according to client needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related disciplines.

• Proven experience in complex, multi-entity organizations.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities.

• Strong self-motivation and initiative in uncertain situations.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.

• Capability to pass rigorous background checks (criminal, credit, education, certification, references).

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.

• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds at a time.

• Travel may be frequent and unpredictable, contingent upon client demands.
