📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of intricate global and UK digital campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and timelines.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations, addressing any concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and implement project strategies that are in line with client goals and industry standards.

• Foster innovation and best practices within the agency.

• Manage project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial accountability.

• Establish rigorous quality control processes to guarantee that deliverables comply with regulatory requirements and uphold company standards.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations and Client Partnership, to provide integrated solutions that cater to client needs.

• Continuously enhance delivery services, ensuring that programs are profitable, processes and procedures are efficient, and clients receive an exceptional experience.

• Educated to degree level (preferably in life sciences or project management).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a project-focused role.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• A people-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Proactive and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to both external and internal clients, with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
