Program/Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor and track identity, licensing, and entitlement status throughout the enterprise tenant.

• Oversee and manage the Microsoft Admin Center and Entra ID environment to support EA governance.

• Create dashboards and reports related to Enterprise Agreement processes.

• Perform analysis on license and entitlement utilization trends concerning Microsoft product licensing and usage.

• Investigate entitlement management options and assess underutilized or unused features for potential cost-recovery opportunities.

• Explore new Microsoft product offerings and viable alternatives in relation to customer functional requirements.

• Validate and maintain reference data tables for products and licenses.

• Prepare and present technical domain presentations, converting usage and licensing data into actionable insights for customer leadership.

• Suggest adjustments to the software licensing mix based on utilization analysis.

• Track SLA and report on the security/compliance posture related to Microsoft EA.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in mathematics, information systems, or a related field is required.

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience.

• Capability to present technical findings to both technical and executive audiences.

• Preferred experience in conducting license/utilization trend analysis within an enterprise Microsoft environment.

• Understanding of Microsoft entitlement and feature research processes is desirable.

• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Admin Center and Entra ID administration.

• Experience with federal enterprise licensing is advantageous.

• Must be capable of sitting and standing for extended durations.

• Occasional travel and overtime may be necessary.

• This position is subject to a government background investigation.

• Must meet the eligibility criteria for a position classified as Tier 1 / Low Risk sensitivity.
