Program Manager, Talent Management – Employee Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop a tactical plan spanning two years for the Employee Experience program.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Breakthrough T1D to secure buy-in, gather feedback, mentor others, and enhance program engagement.

• Oversee the planning and execution of the Employee Experience program.

• Create roadmaps, comprehensive project plans, intervention designs, implementation schedules, interdependency plans, and stakeholder expectations.

• Assume responsibility for the overall execution of the program.

• Keep abreast of industry best practices and design interventions and resources to promote program goals.

• Educate and mentor managers on enhancing employee experience.

• Develop, monitor, track, and report metrics that illustrate the effectiveness of the program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading programs, including the formulation of multi-year strategies, conducting discovery sessions, developing interventions, deploying tools and resources, and delivering exceptional service.

• Experience with large consulting firms such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, BCG, or equivalent is preferred.

• Broader knowledge and understanding of talent management, organizational development, and integrated talent management is preferred.

• A degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology or a related field is highly valued.

• Over 3 years of experience in program management is highly regarded.

• Willingness to travel infrequently as required, approximately 5% of the time.

• Capability to meet the physical demands of the position, including occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds and infrequently up to 50 pounds.
