Program Manager – Sales Training and Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead training sessions, workshops, role-playing activities, and meetings for the sales team.

• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of training programs and implement enhancements.

• Gather and integrate feedback from participants and sales leadership.

• Identify training needs and recognize skill gaps within the sales team.

• Partner with sales leadership to ensure training aligns with business objectives.

• Create and design comprehensive training curricula that support the company's sales goals.

• Develop presentations, manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules, and role-playing scenarios.

• Create and utilize assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and learner understanding.

• Work with cross-functional partners to ensure training aligns with the overall business strategy.

• Oversee training materials, products, and budget management.

• Ensure that training content adheres to medical, legal, and regulatory requirements.

• Mentor and support sales representatives to reinforce training concepts and enhance performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least 4 years of experience in training or a related medical device field.

• Over 5 years of experience in sales, sales training, sales management, or other relevant roles.

• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or related positions.

• Strong familiarity with sales processes, methodologies, and tools.

• Knowledge of medical devices and standards within the healthcare industry.

• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.

• Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to create and deliver engaging training resources.

• Understanding of adult learning principles.

• Familiarity with the MLR review process.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software is a plus.
