Program Manager – Retail Banking Construction Programs, ATM, New Stores, Renovations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage retail banking construction initiatives, which include ATM deployments, renovations of retail banking facilities, and establishment of new stores.

• Create and execute project management methodologies and processes.

• Supervise the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects to ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Perform risk assessments and devise strategies for mitigation.

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams, offering guidance and analytical insights.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies as well as quality standards.

• Provide project management advice and assistance to stakeholders.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Engage in bidding processes to support the acquisition of new project management assignments.

• Track project performance and report on essential performance indicators.

• Comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a construction-related field.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of program management techniques and best practices.

• In-depth knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, scheduling, and scope management.

• Capability to read, comprehend, and communicate contract requirements, including construction plans and specifications.

• Proficiency in interpreting construction techniques.

• Understanding of and ability to adhere to site HSSE policies.

• Strong skills in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint.

• Competence in utilizing data management software and systems for analytics, data management, and quality assurance.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time hours.
