Program Manager – ICON Biotech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee intricate projects and programs across multiple departments.

• Manage site resourcing and workforce planning initiatives.

• Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs that align with business goals and strategic priorities.

• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical leads, and other key stakeholders.

• Create and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Track progress and resolve issues that may hinder program success.

• Provide updates on program status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.

• Recognize opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

• Develop the team while managing competing priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Significant experience in program management, with a successful history of delivering large-scale projects.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities in a matrix organization.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource distribution.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25%).

• Experience in respiratory, ophthalmology, or immunology therapy areas is particularly desirable.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
