Program Manager – Forward Deployed Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive delivery of intricate FDE-led projects related to data governance, privacy, and DataAI Security.

• Ensure alignment of project scope, milestones, adoption objectives, and customer outcomes.

• Implement project management controls to identify and mitigate potential risks.

• Promptly escalate or resolve issues while keeping leadership updated.

• Utilize project management and AI tools to automate tasks, monitor progress, report milestones and statuses, and highlight risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Collaborate with customer stakeholders across technical, business, privacy, legal, and executive domains.

• Confirm decision-makers, alleviate dependencies, align expectations, and sustain momentum through deployment phases.

• Acquire a working knowledge of Securiti AI solutions, deployment methodologies, data governance and privacy use cases, as well as FDE delivery patterns.

• Convert technical concepts into clear business language for project deliverables and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in technical project management, delivery management, consulting, implementation, or customer-facing product ownership roles.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent customer engagements.

• Strong preference for familiarity with data security, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT deployments.

• Technical comprehension of system architectures, APIs, and cloud environments.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple complex technical projects with clear ownership, structured processes, escalation discipline, and accountability to customers.

• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences in written and verbal forms, driving consensus towards goals and outcomes.

• Proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Jira, and PSA tools.

• Understanding and experience with AI tools such as Copilot and Claude is advantageous.

• CAPM certification is a desirable qualification.

• PMP certification is a desirable qualification.

• Background in DSPM, CSPM, DLP, data governance, or privacy platforms is a desirable qualification.
