This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee the effective implementation of a statewide public safety communications initiative in compliance with contractual, operational, financial, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams, Zetron personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
• Sustain integrated program plans, timelines, priorities, and performance indicators.
• Track program performance and initiate corrective measures for any issues related to schedule, cost, quality, or service delivery.
• Provide program insights to Senior Leadership for planning, forecasting, governance, and strategic decision-making.
• Act as the primary customer liaison for program execution, operational performance, and contract delivery matters.
• Facilitate program reviews, status meetings, governance forums, and issue resolution efforts.
• Foster relationships that support program outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to contract stipulations, service commitments, approved change orders, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Manage contract modifications and program adjustments.
• Oversee the performance of subcontractors and vendors.
• Assist in procurement, contracting, and commercial functions.
• Monitor program budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, revenue performance, and financial objectives in collaboration with Finance and Operations.
• Generate program status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
• Support program revenue, margin, and operational performance goals.
• Identify, evaluate, monitor, and mitigate program risks.
• Maintain governance processes, documentation, and reporting obligations.
• Escalate significant risks, issues, and decisions to the Director of Solution Delivery.
• Proven experience in managing large, complex technology deployment or managed service programs.
• Demonstrated background in public safety communications, NG911, dispatch, radio, or mission-critical communications settings.
• Strong skills in program coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence results without direct authority.
• Experience in managing customer relationships, subcontractors, vendors, and contractual commitments.
• Solid financial, scheduling, risk management, and reporting capabilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be well-organized.
• Willingness to travel overnight and internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sciences, or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years of Program Management or senior-level Project Management experience leading telecom programs within contract frameworks in a technology context.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or an equivalent, such as PgMP or PRINCE2, preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience that equips the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job is acceptable.
