This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the delivery health across one or more designated client portfolios, ensuring visibility across various clinical studies and consistent execution aligned with client expectations.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients, understanding their priorities and challenges, and translating their needs into clear directives for Project Management teams, operational teams, and subject matter experts.
• Recognize portfolio-level delivery risks, handle escalations, facilitate timely resolutions, and proactively mitigate issues that could impact client satisfaction, revenue, or future opportunities.
• Track study timelines, financial performance, operational KPIs, and established processes across assigned accounts, utilizing insights to aid governance discussions and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the broader account team, including Business Development and Client Success, to ensure a consistent client experience, account strategy, retention, and long-term growth.
• Prepare for and engage in client governance and operational meetings, effectively communicating with stakeholders and offering clear recommendations and guidance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4–8 years of pertinent experience within pharmaceuticals, clinical research, eCOA, or a similar client-facing project, program, portfolio, or account environment.
• Proven experience in managing complex client relationships and coordinating delivery across multiple projects, studies, or workstreams.
• Familiarity with the drug development process; experience with eCOA or clinical study delivery is preferred.
• Strong judgment with the confidence to make decisions, navigate difficult conversations, and constructively challenge stakeholders while maintaining trusted relationships.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating independently in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift and solutions are not always dictated by established processes.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving abilities, capable of balancing portfolio-level visibility with crucial operational details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the capability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
