Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders of the CX Onsite Team to pinpoint program opportunities.

• Evaluate people, processes, and technological barriers, and propose actions based on identified gaps, trends, and needs.

• Foster collaborative relationships within the discipline to support strategic goals and facilitate progress.

• Provide programmatic leadership aimed at the continuous enhancement of CX Onsite team priorities.

• Oversee the national Service Recovery process and act as a subject matter expert for market CX teams and leaders, including adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Exhibit and mentor others in outstanding conflict resolution skills when addressing dissatisfied consumers in accordance with established standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• 3 years of leadership or management experience is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, strategic integration, or consumer experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements pertaining to service recovery.

• Exceptional skills in conflict resolution.

• Capability to assess people, processes, and technology processes, including barriers, gaps, trends, and needs.
