Program Development Specialist – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Regional Placement Manager in formulating a strategy for schools and outreach to boost placements.

• Identify target school districts and important deadlines.

• Collaborate with the Regional Placement Manager to pinpoint potential host family leads.

• Work autonomously while also teaming up with various colleagues to develop strategies and aid in their execution.

• Design innovative and engaging outreach strategies.

• Execute and deliver outreach strategies tailored to team requirements.

• Aid the High School Exchange USA team in crafting and executing strategies to enhance placements made by Local Coordinators.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent international qualification.

• Preferred sales experience in lead generation and conversion within a dynamic environment.

• Experience in grassroots marketing is advantageous.

• Capacity to meet high-volume targets under tight deadlines.

• Precise reporting on sales activities and forecasting is essential.

• A self-driven and goal-focused individual, ready to tackle challenges.

• Experience in volunteer management is beneficial.

• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Exceptional organization and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory.

• Familiarity with CRM databases is an asset; experience with Salesforce is preferred.
