Program Development Specialist – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Regional Placement Manager in formulating a strategy for schools and outreach to enhance placements.

• Identify target school districts and relevant deadlines for outreach efforts.

• Collaborate with the Regional Placement Manager to pinpoint potential host family leads.

• Work autonomously while also partnering with various team members to develop strategies and facilitate implementation.

• Innovate new and creative outreach strategies.

• Execute and deliver outreach strategies tailored to the needs of the team.

• Aid the High School Exchange USA team in crafting and executing a strategy aimed at boosting placements by Local Coordinators.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent international qualification.

• Preferred sales experience in lead generation and conversion within a fast-paced setting.

• Grassroots marketing experience is advantageous.

• Capability to manage high-volume goals while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in accurate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.

• Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a mindset focused on overcoming challenges.

• Experience in volunteer management is a plus.

• Required professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

• Familiarity with CRM databases is a plus, with a preference for Salesforce experience.
