Program Delivery Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the strategic planning, prioritization, and implementation of product delivery initiatives.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of cross-functional programs.

• Establish governance frameworks, accountability measures, and execution standards.

• Collaborate with leadership to define delivery roadmaps.

• Address escalated issues and execute initiatives that have a significant impact.

• Formulate and implement strategies for operational excellence.

• Lead transformation initiatives aimed at modernizing processes, operating models, and delivery capabilities.

• Optimize workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and standardize practices.

• Promote continuous improvement through data analysis, performance insights, industry best practices, and learned lessons.

• Set up and track KPIs, operational metrics, and measures of program health.

• Supervise reporting, dashboards, and business review processes.

• Create and implement tools, methodologies, training, and best practices for effective program delivery.

• Provide counsel to senior leadership regarding delivery priorities, operational performance, transformation efforts, and risk mitigation.

• Cultivate partnerships across Finance, Procurement, Operations, Technology, and other stakeholder groups.

• Articulate business impacts, dependencies, risks, and opportunities.

• Represent the function in leadership discussions and assist with strategic planning, investment decisions, and organizational changes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with exceptional academic credentials.

• Over 7 years of full-time experience in consulting, corporate/business unit strategy, or program/project management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses.

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Quick to establish and maintain trust with business leaders.

• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented work style.

• Strong dedication to personal and professional development.

• MBA is preferred.

• Experience in managed care and/or healthcare services is advantageous.

• 2-4+ years of experience with payer organizations is preferred.

• 2-4+ years of experience in the Medicare market is preferred.

• Minimum home internet download speed of 25 Mbps.

• Minimum home internet upload speed of 10 Mbps.

• A dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions.

• Ability to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
