This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of and improve the governance process for the Stars organization.
β’ Develop, implement, and sustain governance structures and forums to enhance Stars and quality metrics.
β’ Collaborate with finance partners to manage Stars OpEx and Admin budgets.
β’ Lead governance meetings, facilitate decision-making, and document and communicate outcomes.
β’ Review, analyze, and report on program and governance results, offering actionable insights for stakeholders.
β’ Advise executives and senior leadership on governance issues as well as functional and segment-specific strategies.
β’ Implement and oversee changes to governance processes for ongoing improvement.
β’ Utilize independent judgment on complex issues with minimal supervision.
β’ Work collaboratively across business units to foster alignment, share best practices, and ensure accountability.
β’ Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in governance and Stars program management.
β’ Identify critical decision points, escalate issues as necessary, and ensure appropriate leadership involvement.
β’ Adjust agendas and target audiences as required in a dynamic environment.
β’ Manage multiple initiatives while holding Directly Responsible Individuals (DRIs) accountable for follow-through on action items.
β’ Regularly interact with executives, leadership, and stakeholders at all levels.
β’ Bachelor's degree.
β’ At least 7 years of experience in program delivery, governance, project management, audit, Stars, and/or quality.
β’ Proficiency in working with budgets and financial resources.
β’ Experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and driving organizational change.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
β’ Ability to effectively articulate ideas in both written and oral formats.
β’ Experience in presenting to large groups and engaging senior stakeholders.
β’ Knowledge and/or experience within the Stars Organization, Risk Adjustment, and/or Provider (preferred).
β’ PMP or CAPM Certification (preferred).
β’ Lean or Six Sigma certification (preferred).
β’ Minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload internet service for remote employees.
