This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize and lead discovery sessions with users, customers, product owners, technical teams, and stakeholders involved in the program.
• Evaluate existing workflows, business rules, data, challenges, limitations, and anticipated results.
• Develop epics, features, user stories, use cases, process flows, business rules, and nonfunctional requirements.
• Draft testable acceptance criteria that encompass successful paths, alternative flows, permissions, data validation, errors, and edge cases.
• Ensure traceability from customer requirements and contractual obligations through stories, tests, releases, and results.
• Spearhead backlog refinement, requirements assessments, change control, and readiness determinations.
• Convert intricate mission, business, and user needs into clear, testable user stories and comprehensive product documentation ready for delivery.
• Collaborate with technical, program, and customer teams effectively.
• A bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, public administration, or a related discipline, or an equivalent level of directly relevant experience.
• A minimum of seven years of experience in business, systems, program, product, or requirements analysis.
• Extensive experience in crafting epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, and traceability artifacts for complex systems.
• Proficiency in facilitating challenging discovery sessions and transforming ambiguity into prioritized, testable tasks.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting federal, defense, government contracting, or regulated technology programs.
• Preferred: Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, PSPO, Scrum, SAFe, or a related area.
• Employment is subject to necessary background screening.
• Some roles may necessitate the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust determination or security clearance.
• Work remotely from anywhere within the United States.
• Occasional travel or work outside of standard hours may be necessary based on customer and program requirements.
