This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assess, implement, conduct unit tests, troubleshoot, and provide support for software solutions based on organizational and operational needs.

• Occasionally focus on multi-vendor platforms, security, manageability, performance, consumer flow, transactions, maintenance operations, and message formats.

• Analyze, install, configure, and resolve issues related to software.

• Conduct functional analysis of requirements and evaluate implementation efforts in client environments.

• Configure foundational software within client environments.

• Execute unit tests, monitor issues, and implement modifications according to test plans and functional specifications.

• Identify, isolate, and correct system failures resulting from software code defects.

• Set acceptance criteria and establish quality objectives.

• Provide estimates, objectives, standards, constraints, and dependencies for statements of work and software development strategies.

• Conduct quality assurance in end-to-end testing and lead the analysis and resolution of software-related issues.

• Prepare software for distribution to customers or networks.

• Ensure installability through software distribution, bare-metal installations, and local updates.

• Assist field teams during laboratory installations, certifications, and training sessions.

• Lead the analysis and resolution of software issues during customer acceptance testing.

• Address and resolve production issues escalated by Level 3 Support, including creating hot fixes and conducting integration tests prior to QA delivery.

• Anticipate the needs of both internal and external clients while maintaining a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

• Manage multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid changes; some shift work may be necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the ATM or kiosk self-service sector.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, information systems, or another technical field.

• Proven technical project leadership experience in organizing project resources.

• Familiarity with Microsoft operating system technologies, particularly Windows 10 and Windows 7.

• Experience in installing and supporting hardware devices and drivers, configuring Windows applications, and troubleshooting network protocols and services, including TCP/IP, Internet Information Services, and remote access, as well as understanding client/server application architectures.

• Proficient in creating and delivering group presentations, conducting web seminars, and public speaking.
