This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define the structure of the Professional Services organization while contributing to processes and procedures.
• Develop challenging Stories and workflows tailored for customers.
• Assess automation Stories and workflows based on customer needs, identifying blockers and areas requiring research.
• Evaluate customer tools, processes, and pain points to inform automation roadmaps.
• Determine appropriate and inappropriate use cases for automation workflows.
• Collaborate with Project and Engagement Managers to confirm services, project plans, and timelines.
• Present Stories and workflows, including live wire-framing sessions with customers.
• Design and implement Automation Stories and workflows within customer Tines tenants utilizing APIs.
• Partner with customers to validate their requirements and offer guidance on test plans.
• Review and enhance customer Stories and workflows.
• Deliver thoroughly documented, production-ready Stories and empower customers to maintain them over the long term.
• Serve as a resident automation engineer, supporting customer automation roadmaps and objectives.
• Promote Professional Services capabilities in collaboration with Sales teams.
• Work in tandem with Engagement Management, Customer Success, Project Management, Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Labs teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in delivering Professional Services and implementing SOAR platforms or comparable automation solutions.
• Strong customer-facing abilities and experience in a consultancy role.
• Proficient in interpreting and applying API documentation.
• Familiarity with API authentication methods, including OAuth2 and JWT.
• Experience in using and troubleshooting APIs to connect with security and/or IT tools.
• General understanding of LLMs, agents, and automation models, encompassing capabilities, limitations, and prompt design.
• Skilled in crafting and refining prompts for dependable, accurate outputs.
• Proficient in translating platform capabilities into customer-specific use cases and providing advice on AI-driven versus deterministic workflows.
