Professional Services Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Influence the future direction of the Professional Services organization while aiding in the development of processes and procedures.

• Address complex Story and workflow constructions for crucial customer workflows.

• Define automation Stories based on client needs, recognizing obstacles and areas for research.

• Evaluate customer tools, processes, and challenges to inform automation roadmaps.

• Determine what is suitable and unsuitable for automation workflows.

• Collaborate with Project and Engagement Managers to confirm services, project plans, and timelines.

• Present Stories and workflows to clients, including live wire-framing sessions during calls.

• Create and develop Automation Stories and workflows in customer Tines environments utilizing APIs.

• Work closely with clients to ensure solutions fulfill their requirements and offer guidance on test plans.

• Review and propose enhancements for customer Stories and workflows.

• Deliver well-documented, production-ready Stories and workflows to facilitate long-term customer maintenance.

• Serve as a resident automation engineer supporting customer automation roadmaps and objectives.

• Champion Professional Services within Tines and assist Sales teams in conveying capabilities and accomplishments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in delivering Professional Services and implementing SOAR platforms or comparable automation solutions.

• Excellent customer-facing skills and experience.

• A strong desire to become an expert in Tines.

• Skilled in evaluating and comprehending customer workflows to customize solutions that address their specific needs.

• Experience in interpreting and utilizing API documentation.

• Familiarity with various API authentication methods, including OAuth2 and JWT.

• Experience in using and troubleshooting APIs to connect with a range of security and/or IT tools.

• A passion for assisting customers and enabling them to automate repetitive and manual workflows.
