This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist international clients in the implementation and setup of iSAMS software.

• Comprehend customer needs and configure the system accordingly.

• Enhance expertise in system configuration, data migration, and data validation.

• Analyze customer data to identify issues and ensure precision during implementation.

• Provide online training and, when necessary, onsite training.

• Clearly communicate system functionality to customers with varying technical knowledge.

• Foster positive customer relationships throughout the implementation process.

• Collaborate with Professional Services and other teams that interact with customers.

• Maintain records of implementations and update stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues.

• Expand iSAMS knowledge and take responsibility for increasingly complex technical and consultancy tasks.

• Offer customer insights and suggestions to enhance processes, training, and service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally proficient in Spanish or Portuguese.

• Background in a customer-facing position within software, technology, or a related field.

• Confidence in learning and navigating software systems.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.

• Enthusiasm for developing technical and client training abilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and systematic approach.

• Meticulous attention to detail, especially when dealing with systems or data.

• Capability to organize tasks and manage competing priorities.

• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new systems and technologies.

• Experience in software implementation, training, SQL, data migration, MIS systems, or the education sector is advantageous.
