Professional Services Consultant – East Coast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage customer implementations from start to finish, serving as the primary contact for all communication, expectations, and escalations.

• Facilitate technical discussions with customer stakeholders and provide education on the platform's features and applications.

• Identify upsell possibilities as the main liaison for customers and collaborate with Sales to finalize these opportunities.

• Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the development of future products and services.

• Assess impact by measuring time to value, customer satisfaction, and product utilization.

• Collaborate closely with team members across GTM, Engineering, and Product departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• This position is remote; however, candidates must reside in the metropolitan areas of one of our hub cities: New York, Chicago, or Atlanta.

• Over 7 years of experience in Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management within a SaaS company, or in a technical consulting position at a consulting firm.

• Proven ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.

• Sufficient technical expertise to independently lead discussions with the customer's technical stakeholders and guide them through Ketch technology, including SaaS architectures, APIs, JavaScript SDKs, and integrations; coding skills are not a prerequisite.

• Experience in ad-tech or mar-tech is highly desirable, particularly knowledge of how websites and mobile applications capture data via pixels, scripts, and SDKs.

• Preferred background includes start-up experience in B2B SaaS.

• Familiarity with data privacy regulations is a plus, though not mandatory.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
