Professional Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customer teams to identify business challenges and outline Nexthink solutions.

• Facilitate workshops and consultative sessions.

• Convert customer requirements into actionable use cases and solution designs.

• Assist customers in adoption and help them achieve measurable value.

• Configure and deploy Nexthink solutions effectively.

• Create dashboards, investigations, alerts, and automation processes.

• Analyze endpoint data to derive insights and enhance solutions.

• Resolve issues using systematic problem-solving techniques.

• Document configurations and solution designs for the purpose of customer knowledge transfer.

• Work alongside experienced consultants through paired engagements and mentorship opportunities.

• Develop technical expertise through practical experience and structured training programs.

• Enhance problem-solving, communication, and customer management skills.

• Contribute to a positive team culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in IT, technical support, or technology-focused business roles.

• Practical knowledge of DEX (Digital Employee Experience) concepts.

• Basic understanding of EUC (End-User Computing), including Windows, endpoint management, or foundational system support.

• Ability to convey technical information clearly to both business and IT stakeholders.

• Experience in customer-facing consulting or advisory roles (preferred).

• Previous exposure to consulting, PSA tools, or project management (preferred).

• Experience with scripting or API integration (preferred).

• Familiarity with analytics or data interpretation (preferred).
