Professional Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee, arrange, and document specialized projects for clients after conversion

• Implement best practices for Professional Service engagements

• Develop standard and tailored post-conversion documentation

• Collaborate with clients to formulate engagement plans specific to Professional Services

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during engagements

• Suggest strategies and policies to enhance and fortify the development process

• Analyze previous challenges and create strategies to mitigate them in the future

• Offer technical support and training to clients

• Deliver timely and precise updates to clients and internal teams

• Execute additional responsibilities as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Three to five years of relevant or similar experience

• A minimum of two years of experience with KeyStone

• A college degree in a non-technical field, or multi-craft skills gained through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship, or specialized technical skills acquired through a combination of formal training and practical experience

• Proficiency in preparing both standard and customized post-conversion documentation

• Accuracy in spelling, grammar, and terminology within documentation

• Capability to design client-specific Professional Services engagement plans

• Expertise in providing technical assistance and training

• Excellent client communication and customer service abilities

• Commitment to meeting deadlines, fulfilling obligations, and upholding standards
