Professional Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive implementation projects or workstreams, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.

• Act as the primary consultant for engagements with mid-sized clients.

• Design, configure, and enhance ConnectWise solutions to meet both technical and business needs.

• Conduct discovery sessions, solution design meetings, status updates, and training with clients.

• Identify and manage risks, changes in scope, and interdependencies.

• Utilize implementation methodologies and uphold project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.

• Examine client workflows and suggest improvements, automation options, and best practices.

• Work collaboratively with product, support, sales, and other cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to the development of reusable templates, workflows, and documentation.

• Mentor junior consultants through knowledge sharing, peer evaluations, and informal coaching.

• Assist with pre-sales or scoping activities as a technical advisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent business experience.

• Over 4 years of pertinent experience.

• Capacity to independently oversee full implementation projects while balancing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

• Strong consultative abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Extensive technical knowledge of ConnectWise platforms, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of solutions.

• Proficient communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to analyze data, workflows, and requirements effectively.

• Capability to foresee risks, collect necessary information, and drive resolutions.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.

• Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge.

• Accountability and ownership in delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.

• 0-10% travel may be necessary.
