Professional Services Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee 30–40 smaller-scale implementation projects concurrently throughout their lifecycle.

• Assist with queue management for projects on hold.

• Create and uphold project timelines for multiple simultaneous implementations.

• Communicate daily with clients to collect information, provide updates, and manage expectations.

• Support technical teams across various projects to ensure timely completion.

• Monitor and report on project status, risks, and dependencies within the overall project portfolio.

• Keep precise project documentation and status updates for numerous concurrent projects.

• Guarantee consistent project delivery standards across various smaller implementations.

• Collaborate with technical teams, sales, the PMO, and customer stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project coordination or junior project management roles.

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and security implementations.

• Experience in dynamic, high-volume project environments.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication skills, focusing on clear and concise updates.

• Proven ability to effectively switch contexts between various projects.

• Problem-solving capabilities with an emphasis on prompt issue resolution.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions such as Splunk, IBM, and QRadar.

• CAPM certification or working towards PMP certification.

• Experience with project management tools and tracking systems.

• Candidates may be required to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment.
