Professional Services Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design and develop Idira solutions along with planning documentation tailored for clients.

• Comprehend customer requirements and offer recommendations for both short- and long-term objectives.

• Oversee the complete customer experience.

• Provide insights on best practices and emerging trends in privileged account security.

• Evaluate immediate needs, set business priorities, and counsel on options, advantages, and repercussions.

• Utilize knowledge of large-scale IT systems, security regulatory risk management, and security vulnerabilities.

• Create standard methodologies and practices for implementing Idira solutions and safeguarding privileged accounts.

• Serve as a technical specialist and resource for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers.

• Facilitate communication between customers, implementation services, sales, product management, and marketing teams.

• Address customer issues and escalations while managing expectations and ensuring customer concerns are acknowledged.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in Cybersecurity, Professional Services, or a client-facing technical leadership position.

• CISSP or an equivalent security certification is preferred.

• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP) are desirable.

• Familiarity with privileged account security, enterprise networking, databases, systems administration, and vulnerability management.

• Outstanding stakeholder management, technical communication, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

• Proactive, able to adapt to changing scopes, and methodical in resolving issues.

• Capability to motivate and influence others.

• Experience in communicating with diverse target audiences, from technical personnel to executives.

• Full professional proficiency in English is essential.

• Proficiency in a second major European language is a plus.

• Occasional travel may be necessary.
