This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Create and implement a thorough professional relations strategy aimed at healthcare professionals, clinicians, hospitals, cardiac specialists, and key opinion leaders.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with cardiologists, cardiac centers, healthcare organizations, and KOLs.
• Work in collaboration with product development, medical affairs, and marketing teams to incorporate professional insights into ZOLL’s overall strategy.
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals to promote advocacy for ZOLL’s cardiac technologies.
• Develop and oversee a speaker program, which includes speaker events, webinars, and symposia.
• Create educational content with KOLs that reflects best practices in cardiac care.
• Interact with healthcare professionals through targeted engagements and educational programs to collect insights on cardiac care.
• Transform feedback from providers and KOLs into actionable marketing and business strategies.
• Manage educational content and training initiatives, including webinars, workshops, and clinical training sessions.
• Ensure that educational materials are in line with marketing strategies, clinical guidelines, and best practices in cardiac care.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop digital content, expert interviews, case studies, and success stories.
• Lead compliant KOL content initiatives across various digital and social media platforms.
• Ensure that professional relations activities adhere to internal policies, industry regulations, and legal obligations.
• Oversee budgets for local educational events.
• Represent ZOLL at national and international cardiology conferences, symposia, and meetings.
• Coordinate KOL engagement at major cardiology congresses and industry events.
• Organize speaker sessions, panel discussions, and presentations that showcase ZOLL’s innovations in cardiac care.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare or medical device/pharmaceutical industry is essential.
• A proven history of establishing and managing relationships with KOLs, cardiologists, academic institutions, and other key stakeholders in the cardiac care sector is required.
• Extensive knowledge of the cardiovascular market, including clinical guidelines, treatment protocols, and advancements in cardiac technologies.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior healthcare professionals and organizational leaders.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Robust analytical skills to convert customer feedback and market trends into actionable business insights.
• Strategic thinking and a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes in cardiac care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across medical, marketing, sales, and product development functions.
• Capacity to drive results and influence decision-making while keeping a long-term perspective.
• Strong leadership skills, emphasizing the mentorship and development of cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
