Professional Learning Facilitator – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +7 more locations.

📋 Description

• Conduct live virtual and/or in-person professional development sessions for educators.

• Assist schools and districts in the thoughtful and effective integration of AI.

• Educate teachers on the use of MagicSchool tools, best practices, and their instructional applications.

• Deliver pre-established MagicSchool professional development sessions accurately.

• Make minor customizations utilizing approved content and facilitation guides.

• Represent MagicSchool as a reliable thought partner and facilitator.

• Aid in updating instructional materials and gathering feedback.

• Send pre- and post-session reminders.

• Complete processes for feedback and reflection.

• Attend mandatory contractor meetings and calibration sessions.

• Co-facilitate or observe advanced sessions.

• Present introductory, foundational, platform overview, and core workflow sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current or former classroom educator (or equivalent educational experience).

• At least 3 years of classroom experience.

• Proficient in the MagicSchool platform with necessary certifications completed.

• Demonstrated expertise in facilitating adult learners in either virtual or in-person settings.

• Outstanding facilitation presence and instructional judgment.

• Clear and professional communication skills along with strong reliability.

• Availability during daytime hours in the candidate's time zone.

• Commitment to a minimum of 10 hours per week.

• Availability during peak periods, particularly in summer and critical times of the school year.

• Authorized to work in the United States or Canada without the need for visa sponsorship.
