Professional Field Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Wisconsin Medicaid providers and stakeholders to investigate, analyze, and resolve intricate operational or claims-related challenges.

• Provide education and training to providers and stakeholders through personalized support, guidance sessions, and ongoing communication.

• Acquire and implement contract policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to guarantee precise support and issue resolution.

• Assist with escalated provider concerns by investigating issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring prompt follow-up.

• Engage in identifying, documenting, analyzing, and validating business processes, workflows, and operational requirements.

• Cultivate robust provider relationships while enhancing service quality, operational consistency, and overall customer satisfaction.

• Support Wisconsin Medicaid provider operations and foster stakeholder engagement.

• Regularly interact with healthcare providers, internal operational teams, and leadership.

• Contribute to provider education, operational enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, or government healthcare programs.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience working with healthcare providers, provider relations, provider services, healthcare operations, or within managed care environments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to educate, present, and engage professionally with providers and stakeholders.

• Strong skills in project management, organization, research, analysis, and problem-solving.

• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and make informed business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred experience in researching and resolving escalated operational, claims, billing, or provider-related issues.
