Production Support Engineer, Operations – Healthcare, Medicaid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Deliver production and application support for Medicaid systems.

• Conduct real-time monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

• Provide support for MFT, batch jobs, web services, and Linux-based systems.

• Oversee production deployments and ensure operational readiness.

• Utilize Splunk and SQL for effective monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and promote automation and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Production/Application Support or IT Operations.

• 3+ years of experience in the United States is preferred.

• Proficient in IBM DataPower.

• Skilled in IBM Integration Bus (IIB).

• Expertise in MOVEit / MFT.

• Strong command of SQL.

• Advanced knowledge of Splunk.

• Proficient in Linux and Shell Scripting.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow.

• Experience with IBM ACE, MQ, and WSRR.

• Knowledge of IBM DataStage and DB2.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in the Healthcare / Medicaid industry.

• Must be eligible for W2 employment.
