Production Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage actively in every phase of the training program.

• Be available to participate in the training sessions from Monday to Friday, either from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. or from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

• Take part in the registration process, discussions with the People team and leadership, group activities, and a factory tour.

• This course aims to provide training for members of the local community and does not guarantee a position at Dexco.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Have completed high school education.

• Must reside in Taquari, Rio Grande do Sul.

• Technical education or vocational training is considered an advantage.

• Comfortable with technology and computerized systems.

• Must have access to a mobile phone or computer with internet connectivity.

• Must identify as a woman.
