Production Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop designs and layouts for a variety of products

• Prepare and enhance design assets for large-scale production

• Ensure precision, quality, and uniformity across all design outputs

• Handle multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines

• Collaborate with team members to facilitate a smooth workflow and successful project completion

• Keep abreast of design trends and best practices within the industry

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in graphic design and print production

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Strong creative, design, and layout capabilities

• Exceptional attention to detail and resourcefulness

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Working knowledge of English

• Willingness to work at 6 AM

• Familiarity with or interest in the journaling community (preferred)

• Experience using macOS (preferred)

• Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new processes and workflows (preferred)
