Product Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Acquire experience in all facets of the Sales Representative role

• Support initiatives aimed at expanding clinical product programs within a specified territory

• Aid sales partners with project management tasks

• Spearhead efforts to implement clinical trials and product transitions

• Lead, prioritize, and oversee the workflow of product trials, transitions, and/or pharmacovigilance implementations

• Ensure successful project execution and completion

• Meet customer goals and objectives by managing expectations and aligning suitable resources

• Build and sustain customer relationships

• Conduct weekly team meetings with customers and sales representatives

• Track project progress and relay status updates to sales teams, product teams, and customers

• Follow up on issues and resolve them promptly

• Collaborate with designated accounts and internal stakeholders, including Field Sales Representatives, Management, and Product divisions

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 4 years of experience in sales or customer service

• Proficiency in creating presentations for diverse audience levels

• Openness to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes, both within the state and out of state
