Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Assist Foundation Fund and Charity Clients by providing training, product support, and continuous follow-up.

• Connect with potential donors and charities, effectively communicating services through inside-sales efforts.

• Act as a subject matter expert on the products available and the extensive global giving network.

• Kick off Charity Fund applications and facilitate workflow transitions within the team.

• Establish trustworthy relationships with donors and charities from various countries and cultures.

• Collaborate closely with the Giver Services, Philanthropy, and Operations teams.

• Report directly to the Giver Services Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

• Experience with CRM systems, including managing sales pipelines.

• Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.

• Strong etiquette for phone and virtual meetings via Zoom.

• Exceptional customer service, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.

• High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.

• Background in working remotely or with a distributed team.

• Capability to handle confidential information and adapt to fast-paced changes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new technologies.

• Growth-oriented mindset, adaptability, and readiness to assist with broader team functions.

• Spiritual maturity and alignment with the organization's Christian mission.

• Availability to work approximately 1400–2200 EAT and beyond 8 hours a day during busy periods, as required.
