Product Specialist – Pet Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell products and services for a pet health organization.

• Engage with potential clients to transform prospects into loyal customers.

• Follow up with pet owners and offer assistance on utilizing purchased products.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and utilize training resources to excel in sales while embodying Tribe's values.

• Manage 12-15 scheduled appointments each day, with opportunities for additional meetings.

• Conduct sales ethically by adhering to regulatory standards and avoiding overpromises or unverified claims.

• Represent reputable, regulated wellness brands.

• Perform regular phone and video calls using the company’s communication systems, such as Salesforce and Zoom.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to forge authentic connections.

• Willingness to work 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, starting at 8 AM CST.

• Dependable internet connection and equipment.

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functioning microphone, camera, and headset.

• Capability to operate the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom concurrently.

• Ethernet connection is strongly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps for download and 5 Mbps for upload.

• Latency should be approximately 150ms or lower.

• Jitter should be approximately 30ms or lower.

• Packet loss should be approximately 1% or lower.
