Legal Engineer, Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Establish trusted relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams by comprehending their workflows and offering customized guidance on integrating Harvey’s AI.

• Design and facilitate onboarding sessions, training workshops, and continuous enablement programs.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to pinpoint expansion opportunities and assist with renewals.

• Identify adoption challenges and devise strategies to address them.

• Convert legal practice requirements into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.

• Track usage patterns, recognize at-risk accounts and unexplored opportunities, and re-engage users.

• Develop customer-oriented training materials, use case documents, and FAQ resources.

• Provide domain-specific advice that enhances Harvey’s credibility and reputation as an AI platform for legal professionals.

• Work in partnership with law firm partners, associates, innovation teams, in-house counsel, Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, as well as product and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• JD or an equivalent legal qualification.

• A minimum of 3 years of legal practice experience within a top in-house team.

• Skills in engaging executives and establishing robust relationships with key decision-makers, along with the ability to build credibility at all levels.

• Exceptional presentation abilities for legal and executive audiences, whether spontaneously on a whiteboard or through structured presentations and demonstrations.

• Strong comprehension of legal processes and the challenges that legal professionals encounter.

• A keen interest in AI’s potential to revolutionize the legal sector.

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, including law firm business development and/or secondment, is an advantage.

• Prior experience in directly managing law firm client matters and relationships is a plus.
