Product Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute collaborative engagements that are delivered on time and within budget, focusing on continuous improvement through effective solutions.

• Strategically plan, organize, and oversee engagement tasks, project decisions, issues, and prioritizations.

• Create technical solutions that meet client needs while tracking long-term customer goals, success metrics, and accomplishments.

• Foster relationships with customer administrators and Centers of Excellence as a reliable expert consultant.

• Showcase the Docusign IAM platform across customer organizations using industry best practices.

• Work in partnership with Docusign teams to identify additional customer needs and accurately document client requirements and expectations.

• Achieve Professional Services success metrics, which include utilization, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience collaborating directly with businesses/customers to comprehend their needs and applying technological solutions to meet those requirements.

• At least 4 years of experience in consulting and working within implementation or solution architecture development, or business analyst teams in Software or Software-as-a-Service sectors.

• Proven ability to identify additional customer needs.

• Capability to guide customers toward effective utilization of their contracts.

• Familiarity with document or content management and/or workflow systems and their relevance to business process enhancement.

• Experience in implementing workflow/BPM software (e.g., Lombardi, Pega, K2, Skelta), and software solutions (e.g., Salesforce.com, Documentum, FileNet, MS SharePoint).

• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

• Demonstrated history of delivering projects or products to market on budget.

• Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Financial Services, Technology, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Real Estate, Insurance, Education, Public Sector.

• Familiarity with XML/Xpath or other structured data formats.
